Love Dr Mackey, very thorough and knowledgeable. Makes you feel very comfortable and non alarming. Very personable and very nice!!! I would recommend her to anyone of my friends or relatives!!!​​​​​​​

Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff are super welcoming and friendly, and the space is so clean and inviting. Best of all, Dr. Savitz was extremely helpful in getting me an accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. He really takes his time, is very thorough, listens, and makes all the eye tests super easy! The frame selection is also really well curated and had a good mix of staples and fun frames. I highly recommend!​​​​​​​

I LOVE the way this facility runs. It was an all around smooth process from the time you check in until the time you are exiting through the doors. The staff are very professional, calm, respectful, and make’s for a great experience. The doctor converses with you not only about your eye care but also about life itself just to see how you are getting on. That truly meant a lot to me. I would definitely give this a 150% out of a 100% because they are that good. If I could give more than five stars I would.​​​​​​​

Each time I’ve had symptoms, Dr. Mackey has identified the issue accurately and helped me get relief. I end up learning more about my vision. I also recently got a great pair of glasses that I really love and they feel much better for my eyes and face. Angel helped me pick them out, with great energy and patience. A very pleasant experience - from check-in through check-out. Everyone I interacted with were professional respectful and kind with their services. Dr Savitz initial greeting was an unexpected pleasant surprise - greeted me like seeing a friend for the 1st time in awhile. My visit was a follow up after cataract surgeries. His exam was very thorough and put me at ease to know all is well with my vision. Much appreciations to the Eye Care Center staff and Dr. Savitz. My appointment was on time, efficient but not rushed, leaving time for questions, and thorough. The glasses fitting afterward, same. It takes the time it takes, but, it was boom boom boom, one thing to the other, and then done with a smile.​​​​​​​

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mackey’s for a really long time. She is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. She doesn’t rush through your appointment and answers all your questions thoroughly. If there’s a medical concern or condition, Dr. Mackey will determine what is wrong and come up with options on how to deal with it.​​​​​​​

I have been coming to this practice for a couple of years, but yesterday I had an emergency with a corneal abrasion. Dr. Savitz was a skilled professional. He quickly diagnosed my problem, gave me drops to take care of the terrible pain, explained everything to me, and then prescribed medication and set up an appointment for me for today all within just a few minutes. I felt completely confident under Dr. Savitz’s care. He was so pleasant, and although they had squeezed me in for an emergency visit, in no way did I feel rushed or that had I been an imposition. I have already been Dr. Macky’s patient for a few years, but she was out yesterday. I worried about not being able to see her, but I’m happy to have met Dr. Savitz, and highly recommend them both.​​​​​​​
