We have on-site Opticians that are trained to provide the best recommendations for frames and lenses. Each pair will be tailored to your personal needs to help you see and feel great in your new eyewear.
The estimated time to process an eyewear order can vary from same-day to up to two weeks, depending on the prescription, materials, and features selected for your unique lenses.
Additional time beyond two weeks may be required to complete some, but not all the following orders:
Specialty lenses
Lenses with tints and coating
Custom order frames that are being shipped from the manufacturer
If you would like a more specific dispensing date for your eyewear and lenses, please request an estimate from an optical staff member.
Please let an Optical staff member know the best number to reach you so we can notify you immediately when your eyewear is ready. Once you are notified, please come in as soon as possible for a dispensing fit and to pick up your glasses.
Any eyewear that is not picked up within six (6) months will be returned, and any payment made will be forfeited to cover lab and restocking fees.
Any frame sales and/or lenses purchased through our optical require full payment at the time of purchase to process your order.
Any frame sales and/or lenses purchased through our optical are custom orders. Therefore we do not offer refunds or returns once your order is placed.
There is a two-month waiting period where your eyes are learning to adjust to your new lenses. It is important for patients wearing progressives to pick up glasses promptly as the two-month non-adapt period begins when we make our initial call to you that your eyewear is ready for pick up. Lenses can be returned or re-done within two months from the date we received the order in our facility.
You are entitled to adjustments and free cleanings for the lifetime of your frames.
Manufacturer defects on frames and lenses are covered for 6 months from the date of your eyewear purchase.* Manufacturer's warranty must pass approval from the Optical Manager to be considered a manufacturer defect and result in no additional charges. This policy does not cover accidental damage, scratches, breakage, or lost/stolen frames.
*If you are purchasing eyewear through your insurance benefits and your insurance benefits have a different coverage time frame, we will utilize your insurance benefits coverage.
We always take great care with our patients’ eyewear, however, we are not liable for any damage to frames brought in from outside our practice.
After the 30-day period ends, there will be a $20 fee for any additional rechecks. If you return for any rechecks after 90 days, a new and full examination will be required.
